Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged of defective items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Returns for change of mind or minor variations in color, glaze, or shape are not accepted, as these are inherent to handmade production.

Orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location.
